Delivery And Cancellation Policy
Delivery
For your convenience, Petite Passengers delivers, assembles and returns all baby equipment. If you prefer that we assemble your order prior to your arrival, please ensure that your hotel or property manager is aware and grants us permission to enter the premises. A delivery fee of $15 will be applied to all orders in the Vancouver Area. Delivery fees outside the Vancouver area will be charged based on the delivery address. Failed delivery attempts will be charged $20 plus delivery fee. Retries will be charged $30 plus a second delivery fee.
Cancellation
Cancellation notice of 48-hour required in regular season. Cancellation made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be charged at 50% of order plus delivery costs.
Cancellation notice of 7 days is required in peak season season. Cancellation made within 7 days of scheduled delivery will be charged at 50% of order plus delivery costs.
* A minimum order of $50 is required for all orders (not including delivery fee).
